By accessing or using the iOrchestra Vibe Engineering Platform ("Service"), operated by iOrchestra ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is an AI-powered hardware design platform that enables users to generate mechanical 3D CAD models, PCB layouts, schematics, and circuit simulations from text or voice prompts. The Service includes design generation, file export, and manufacturing integration features.
You must create an account using a valid Google or GitHub login to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Access to the platform requires an active subscription: iOrchestra PLUS ($50/month, 100 designs/month) or iOrchestra MAX ($150/month, unlimited designs), billed through Stripe. Both plans include a 7-day free trial with credit card required. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Your designs: You retain full ownership of all designs, CAD files, schematics, PCB layouts, Gerber files, and any other output generated through your use of the Service. We claim no ownership over your design output.
Our platform: The Service, including its software, UI, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by iOrchestra and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform.
You agree not to:
Designs generated by the Service are AI-assisted and should be reviewed by a qualified engineer before manufacturing. We do not guarantee that generated designs meet specific safety standards, regulatory requirements, or manufacturing specifications. You are solely responsible for validating designs before production use.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iOrchestra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or manufacturing costs resulting from design errors.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your design files before termination. We may delete your data 30 days after account termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification.
